It all began with an idea in New Orleans, LA, in 2011. Since then, Eden Centers for Hope and Healing has provided nearly 30,000 safe nights to survivors of human trafficking, while building a model of care rooted in dignity, restoration, and community.
Now, that same vision of hope and healing is expanding to Central Virginia through a new branch of the Eden Network! Eden Centers Charlottesville is in the early stages of development, with a focus on raising funds and securing housing to open our doors. Our immediate priority is creating emergency stabilization housing for survivors in crisis, with the long-term goal of establishing residential care and wraparound services.
While our programs are still in development, our mission is clear: to create a safe haven for survivors to stabilize, recover, and rebuild their lives. With the support of our community, we are laying the foundation for life-changing services right here in Charlottesville.
